Kelsi completed a 12 week fat loss training program. During that time we focused on nutrition and incorporated a weight training program for understanding muscle growth and development. She was very consistent with her training and learned to love her body again. Kelsi asked questions as needed and always gave 100% in the gym. Her end goal was to be able to make healthier choices and understand training techniques and proper form. Kelsi was honest and held herself accountable for her actions and corrected her mistakes when needed.
